For select items in our extended range such as taps, shower essentials, plumbing parts & water testing kits, delivery may take a little longer. These products are fulfilled by our international partners that we closely work with, with estimated delivery between 7–15 days. Full tracking is provided, & our team is here to help if needed.

Returns Policy
We offer a hassle-free return system for any reason within 30 days of shipping.
To request a return, please contact us with your phone number and invoice number, and we can arrange for a courier to collect the item from your specified location. Collections take place Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM.
At this time, we do not accept returns beyond 30 days, unless the item is defective.
