Returns Policy
We offer a hassle-free return system for any reason within 30 days of shipping.
To request a return, please contact us with your phone number and invoice number, and we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your specified location. Collections take place Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Your warranty covers the return cost—please refer to our full warranty policy for details.
At this time, we do not accept returns beyond 30 days, unless the item is defective.
